Service Agreement
By accessing or using the Durable Fence website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use our services.
Quotes and Estimates
Every quote from Durable Fence is given in writing after a free on-site visit, and is valid for the period stated on it. Prices on this website are typical ranges, not quotes. If hidden site conditions (such as buried rock or concrete) change the work, we will talk to you before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your written quote.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties cover materials where the manufacturer offers them. Any warranty on our workmanship is stated in writing on your quote. Warranties do not cover damage from storms, falling trees, vehicles, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Bylaws and Property Lines
We check the municipal fence and pool enclosure rules for your address at the estimate. You are responsible for confirming where your property lines are and for any additional restrictions on your property (such as condominium or subdivision agreements) that may affect installation.
Limitation of Liability
Durable Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to damage to property, loss of use, or business interruption.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
